• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

• Custom-cut bathroom mirrors or hardware
• Bathroom rugs & mats that have been removed from their packaging

2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Package your items securely in the original packaging
5. Ship your return to our Austin facility using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you of the approval status
• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
